Salad Options

Minimum of 15 Servings

Berry Salad - Kale, spinach, strawberries, blueberries, red onions, and pecans with Ranch dressing on the side

Autumn Chopped Salad -Romaine lettuce, pears, dried cranberries, pecans, bacon and Feta Cheese with Poppy Seed or Balsamic Dressing on the side

Spinach Salad - Spinach, Dried Cranberries, Toasted Almonds and Feta Cheese with Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side.

Traditional Garden Salad with choice of dressing on the side.

Broccoli Carrot Crunch Salad - Chopped Broccoli with green onions, Ramen Noodles, and Toasted Sunflower Seeds mixed in a light vinaigrette dressing.

Caesar Salad -Romaine Lettuce with Shaved Parmesan, crumbled Asiago, Croutons and Caesar Dressing (can be on the side)

Bacon, Egg, and Spinach Salad -Fresh Baby Spinach, Tomato, Hard Boiled Eggs, (onions optional) and Croutons or Toasted Almonds.  

Your choice of dressing on the side.

Burst of Spring Salad - Mixed Greens, Mandarin Oranges, Pineapple Chunks, Feta Cheese, Dried Cranberries, and Toasted Almonds.  

Served with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Run Thru the Garden Salad - Mixed Greens, Red, Yellow and Green Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Julienne Zucchini and Yellow Squash, Broccoli, and Carrots. Sprinkled with Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese.

Served with your choice of Salad Dressing on the side.

Seasonal Salad - Romaine Lettuce, Shredded Swiss Cheese, Dried Cranberries, Apples, pears and Cashews; with a Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing on the side
